朱晓农(南开教授)

男,1991年毕业于英国St. Andrews大学物理、天文系,获博士学位。长期从事激光与光子学前沿研究及其相关技术开发工作。科学出版社《光学与光子学丛书》首届编委会副主编,中国宇航学会光电技术专业委员会常务委员,《红外与激光工程》杂志编委。曾任南开大学现代光学研究所副所长、光电信息科学与技术教育部重点实验室主任。在南开任教期间,为研究生开设全英文授课的“超快激光光学基础(Fundamentals of Ultrafast Laser Optics)”课程;帮助倡导成立了“美国光学学会-南开学生分会”,并一直担任其顾问。在所带研究生中,二人次获南开大学优秀博士论文奖和天津市优秀博士论文奖(同时获百篇全国优秀博士论文提名)。2013年,所指导的研究生获美国光学学会“Optics & Photonics News”杂志第8届“After Image Photo Contest”一等奖和荣誉奖。

人物经历

1993-1995年在加拿大Laval大学激光光电子中心做博士后研究。2002年回国前先后在英国St. Andrews大学,加拿大Toronto大学,美国Quantronix公司,加拿大国家研究院集成制造技术研究所,加拿大JDS-Uniphase公司任职十余年。

研究方向

主要研究领域:超快激光光学与应用,先进固体激光技术。。
